Child and Adolescent Psychologist Opportunity

Educational and Developmental Psychologists play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and their families. At our clinic, we provide compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming services including individualised therapy and comprehensive assessments, tailored to each young person's unique strengths and challenges.

Job Description:
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic support and psychological assessments to children and adolescents.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and make a real difference in the lives of young people.

As a Child and Adolescent Psychologist, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other providers to support shared goals and continuity of care. You will also deliver services under Medicare and/or NDIS, aligned with best practice and client goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised, evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents using modalities such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, or play-based approaches.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (e.g. cognitive, educational, behavioural) and prepare clear, strengths-focused reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
  • Experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Proficiency in psychological assessments (e.g. WISC-V, WPPSI-IV, WIAT-III).
