Child and Adolescent Therapy Specialist

We provide compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming services including individualised therapy and comprehensive assessments. Our approach fosters resilience, self-acceptance, and growth in a supportive environment.
Our team is passionate about delivering evidence-based therapeutic support and psychological assessments. We work collaboratively with families, schools, and other providers to support shared goals and continuity of care.
The ideal candidate will have experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and families. They should be proficient in psychological assessments and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and prepare clear, strengths-focused reports
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other providers
Required:
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and families
- Proficiency in psychological assessments
- A neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive clinical approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience with NDIS frameworks and/or school-based settings
- Familiarity with ADOS-2
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
