The Youth Mind Collective is a values-driven psychology practice based in Geelong, dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and their families. We provide compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming services including individualised therapy and comprehensive assessments, tailored to each young person's unique strengths and challenges.

We take a holistic and collaborative approach to care - fostering resilience, self-acceptance, and growth in a supportive environment where children and clinicians alike are seen, heard, and respected.

We are seeking a passionate and thoughtful Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our team. This role involves delivering evidence-based therapeutic support and psychological assessments, contributing to a collaborative team culture, and making a real difference in the lives of young people.

We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time clinicians.

  • Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and families

  • A neurodiversity-affirming, inclusive clinical approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
