Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to optimize, maintain and enhance finance systems. This entails analyzing business requirements and configuring system settings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of the finance department and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into system changes or new functionality.
  • Collaborate with finance users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system usage guidance.
  • Configure and maintain system settings, parameters and security permissions.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries and deliver training.
  • Work with IT and vendors to manage system upgrades and integration.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation for training and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in finance systems projects, including implementations, improvements and data migrations.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices in finance systems and technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in systems, accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with full cycle of financial model delivery.
  • Understanding of financial performance management cycles.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Power BI reporting experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new technology and work flexibly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
