About this role:
This is a key position in our finance systems team, responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial data and providing expert support to users.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in financial systems, exceptional communication skills, and experience in creating and delivering training programs.
We are looking for someone who can work effectively as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor system activity to ensure high-level system and data integrity.
- Utilise technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver solutions that support our operations.
- Create, implement and manage training programs and documentation to support users.
- Assist with system configuration and day-to-day operation.
- Proven expertise and understanding of financial systems components, configuration and operations.
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating, delivering, and maintaining training programs and procedural documentation.
- Evidenced success working both as part of a team and independently, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workloads to achieve results.
