  • Provide high-level support for ERP and financial systems, including software upgrades, user assistance, troubleshooting, and bug resolution.
  • Conduct rigorous testing to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance across all platforms.
  • Maintain robust data governance by enforcing relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines.
  • Support User Access controls and audit requirements to uphold data integrity, security, and compliance across all ERP and financial systems.

  • Completion of a relevant degree with extensive experience in financial systems administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated high-level expertise in enterprise financial systems and understanding of finance and payroll literacy and processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools and Business Process Automation and AI Tools.
  • Experience managing system upgrades, testing, and change control processes.
  • Relevant experience in the higher education sector.
