Civil Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking experienced civil construction tradespersons/operators to deliver high-quality projects within our local community.
Main Responsibilities- Operate and maintain various plant and machinery for civil construction projects.
- Perform general construction and laboring duties as needed.
- Read and interpret engineering plans and drawings accurately.
- E nsure all work meets the highest standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Identify and report any issues or maintenance requirements for plant and equipment promptly.
- Proven experience as a civil construction tradesperson/operator, with strong knowledge of plant and machinery operation.
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Competent in reading and interpreting engineering plans and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills.
