As a seasoned professional in employee relations and investigative work, you will play a pivotal role in conducting complex global workplace investigations. Your expertise in developing investigation strategies, analyzing records, and drafting reports will be essential in uncovering the truth and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations from intake through completion, ensuring that all evidence is gathered and analyzed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the situation.
- Develop effective investigation strategies, utilizing your knowledge of electronic and written records to identify key information and patterns.
- Draft clear and concise reports, communicating findings to stakeholders and providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Global Employment Law, Global People Team, and Ethics & Compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to investigations and resolution.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in conducting and leading complex global workplace investigations.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law and experience working with APJ countries.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
