Strategic Transformation Lead

About the Role:

Our company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead enterprise transformation across ERP and MDM programs, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This hands-on, strategic role involves delivering complex ERP implementations and leading organisational change.

The successful candidate will own the overall change strategy for ERP and MDM transformations, translating technical implementations into real business benefits.

They will define a pragmatic, scalable approach to change management, working closely with project teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.

Experience in ERP transformations will ensure minimal disruption, strong adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and orchestrate change management across ERP (Dynamics 365) and MDM transformations.
  • Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder analyses, and impact assessments tailored to ERP systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both project teams and business leaders.
  • Define practical tools, templates, and playbooks for ERP change adoption.
  • Establish clear links between change activities and business case benefits.
  • Build internal change capability, coaching project managers, business owners, and teams.
  • Identify and mitigate change risks, including resistance management in ERP rollouts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in transformation or project/program delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven ability to lead complex ERP transformations in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments.
  • Experience bridging technical delivery with practical change management for ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills – able to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail or FMCG environments.
  • Multi-hat experience: Project Manager, Change Lead, or Business Analyst on ERP projects.
  • Track record of building change capability in organisations.
