About the Opportunity

A dynamic retail enterprise is seeking a Strategic Change Lead to spearhead transformative initiatives across ERP and MDM programs, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive change strategy for ERP and MDM transformations, translating technical implementations into tangible business value. You will define a pragmatic, scalable approach to change management, ensuring seamless collaboration with project teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and orchestrate change management across ERP (Dynamics 365) and MDM transformations.
  • Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder analyses, and impact assessments tailored to ERP systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both project teams and business leaders.
  • Define practical tools, templates, and playbooks for ERP change adoption.
  • Establish clear links between change activities and business case benefits.
  • Build internal change capability, coaching project managers, business owners, and teams.
  • Identify and mitigate change risks, including resistance management in ERP rollouts.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years' experience in transformation or project/program delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven ability to lead complex ERP transformations in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience bridging technical delivery with practical change management for ERP systems.
