Project Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced project support professional to fill a key role within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a long-term position with initial 12-month contract plus two extensions of equal duration. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining registers, access controls, and quality processes.

  • Assisting in program and project planning, including drafting program artifacts
  • Maintaining program and project risk registers, scheduling regular reviews, and updates
  • Investigating medium-complexity issues and producing related briefs for senior executive officer review
  • Preparing governance packs for program and project boards and conducting as board secretary

Key qualifications include experience in project and program management methodologies, assisting programs and projects with risk, governance, and assurance activities, and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
