About the Role
The Catering Officer / Cook position is an exciting opportunity to showcase your cooking and customer service skills in a fun and energetic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals to suit a variety of clients and their dietary requirements.
- Undertake stock control in the kitchen, order, check, and monitor goods from suppliers, and maintain kitchen equipment and food storage rooms in compliance with hygiene and food handling safety regulations.
- Work on a rostered basis, including some weekends, with shift times varying between summer and winter.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Ability to prepare and cook high-quality meals to suit a variety of clients and their dietary requirements.
- Experience undertaking stock control in the kitchen, order, check, and monitor goods from suppliers, and maintain kitchen equipment and food storage rooms in compliance with hygiene and food handling safety regulations.
- Willingness to work on a rostered basis, including some weekends.
