Civil Earthworks Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our civil and bulk earthworks operations on a greenfield mine site.
This role is based on site, with a 14-day on/7-day off roster and day shift only hours. You will be responsible for overseeing the project's activities, ensuring safety, and achieving works within schedule and budget.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- a comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements;
- excellent leadership and supervision skills;
- ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks;
Main Responsibilities Include:
- providing effective leadership and direction through 'on the ground' presence, guidance and feedback;
- maintaining and adhering to the scheduling of project activities;
- ensuring all contractual and KPI reporting is provided to management and stakeholders;
- collaborating with the Project Management Team to ensure project activities are completed safely, efficiently and within budget;
- inspiring team members towards goal achievement;
