Civil Engineering Technician Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Technician to provide high-quality construction material testing and environmental services.

  • Undertake testing and reporting under the supervision of a qualified professional
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes
  • Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings
  • Ensure materials used on construction sites comply with project specifications and industry standards
  • Manage assets and ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience as a Civil Engineering Technician
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with Australian testing standards
  • Current Australian driver's license and Construction Industry OH&S card
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
  • Nuclear Gauge License or willingness to obtain one promptly
