Your next opportunity:

Due to continued growth across our business, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as Supervisor to our Concrete Testing Team.

Your day will involve:

  • Actively promote and lead safe work practices and the adherence to relevant OH&S management
  • Lead a team of Testers to deliver to the client's needs and internal requirements
  • Manage sub-contractors against contractual deliverables and agreed KPI's
  • Communicate daily with internal and external customers around results and testing issues
  • Lead and close out both internal and external audits
  • Investigate and close out internal and external client NCR's
  • Deliver on business KPI's around efficiency, cost control and employee engagement

What are we looking for?

  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in science or another relevant discipline e.g. Civil, Chemical or Materials - (desirable but not essential).
  • Well-developed skills and understanding of computer systems for monitoring and reporting of data (ie Qest, Word, Excel etc)
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • An ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
