We are seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Service Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue by meeting customer needs, processing rental agreements accurately, and ensuring vehicles are in good condition.

  • Greet customers and assist them in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
  • Process rental agreements efficiently and accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to support sales efforts.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Detail and clean vehicles to business quality standards.
  • Refuel and transport vehicles as needed.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
  • Car rental experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
  • Computer literacy skills required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ongoing Australian work rights.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
