Restaurant Performance Improvement Leader

About this Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to lead the definition and execution of our Early Life Cycle (ELC) Success strategy. As a key team member, you will own the end-to-end approach to improve early performance and reduce churn.
- Design and implement holistic ELC strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
- Support and contribute to the broader customer selection strategy, leading the planning and execution of ELC initiatives
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and other key teams
- Develop and manage performance dashboards to monitor KPIs, generate insights, and inform decision-making
