Restaurant Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team.

Job Description
  • Taking ownership of your section ensures seamless service and maintains the highest culinary standards;
  • Executing the menu requires creativity, seasonality, and guest preferences;
  • Maintaining consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and taste;
  • Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff fosters a positive work environment;
  • Ensuring the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations;
  • Collaborating with the Restaurant team regarding menu availability;
  • Maintaining high productivity while minimizing waste.

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a Demi Chef role within a hotel operation or independent venue.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience motivating a diverse kitchen team in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and presentation;
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices;
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with front-of-house staff and other departments;
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
