Be a Community Leader Join our vibrant team of community leaders and be part of creating engaging experiences for seniors.

We are seeking an experienced Village Manager to lead our village community. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and collaboration across the village.

The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills, strong financial acumen, and proven experience in asset management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive and embed a culture of exceptional customer service and collaboration across the village
  • Establish a vibrant and welcoming ambiance and community for our residents and staff
  • Identify and implement training and professional development for the Team
  • Provide clear, supportive direction to the residents and Team
  • Deliver performance and create lifestyle solutions for our residents, including events, communications, and general safety across the village
  • Maintain a high level of commitment to residents and the community
  • Implement day-to-day operational plans and maintenance programs with a consistent approach
  • Ensure the village complies with safety and other relevant regulations
  • Be an approachable point of contact for staff, residents and their families

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or commerce, hospitality and/or hotel management (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent computer skills (confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications)
  • Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace
  • Customer-centric, always putting the needs and satisfaction of residents first
  • Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniors
  • First Aid, CPR Certificates and driver's license with own transport
