Nude Lucy is looking for Assistant Managers to join the team at our Noosa Store

Nude Lucy is on the lookout for a Passionate Assistant Manager to lead the amazing team at our store in Noosa.

This role involves inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while showcasing our exclusive & stylish collections. It's an excellent opportunity to bring your retail expertise to a vibrant and growing brand.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead by example to set management expectations across your team.
  • Manage employee relations such as grievances and performance management.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members towards goals and succession planning.
  • Problem solving & providing solutions.
  • Produce and analyze financial reports, such as payroll reports.
  • Manage rosters and approvals.
  • Oversee team performance on the shop floor & back of house.
  • Proactively manage loss prevention, including stock shrinkage.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Team to implement creative visions.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and fit work environment for all team members and stakeholders.
