Lead Retail Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to drive customer experience and team performance in our dynamic store environment.

This key role involves inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while showcasing exclusive and stylish collections. It's an excellent opportunity to bring your retail expertise to a vibrant and growing brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting management expectations across the team, managing employee relations, and training team members towards goals and succession planning. They will also oversee team performance on the shop floor and back of house, proactively manage loss prevention, and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Team to implement creative visions.

Key Responsibilities:
