Job Title: Welders/Fabricators - NSW

We are seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators to join our team at West-Trans Equipment in NSW. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling aluminium components in accordance with work instructions and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble aluminium components in accordance with work instructions and drawings
  • Conduct work in line with standard job builds and SOP
  • Build jobs as directed by supervisors and production staff, ensuring work is built to appropriate standards and within time constraints
  • Report broken or damaged machinery, ensuring all problems are tagged out correctly
  • Weld and fabricate as required and to specifications
  • Abide by Company Health and Safety Policies and Government rules
  • Participate in staff consultation and communications such as Toolbox Talks and training
Requirements:
  • Trade Qualified in a relevant industry
  • Health and Safety training is desirable
  • Extensive fabrication experience
  • Understanding of Safe Work Practices
  • Good ability to communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail
What We Offer:
  • $65,000-$90,000 PA depending on work experience
  • 3 Full-Time Positions
  • Location: NSW
