About the Role

The Company: Bar Up Bullbars is a leading manufacturer of innovative aluminium components. We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble aluminium components according to work instructions and drawings.
  • Conduct work in line with standard job builds and SOPs.
  • Build jobs as directed by supervisors and production staff, ensuring work is built to appropriate standards and within time constraints.
  • Report broken or damaged machinery and ensure all problems are tagged out correctly.
  • Weld and fabricate as required and to specifications.
  • Abide by Company Health and Safety Policies and Government rules.
  • Participate in staff consultation and communications such as Toolbox Talks and training.
Requirements
  • Trade Qualified in a relevant industry.
  • Health and Safety training is desirable.
  • Extensive fabrication experience.
  • Understanding of Safe Work Practices.
  • Good ability to communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
