Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst/Associate, Corporate Financial Planning, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for providing proactive financial planning and timely completion of forecast/budget materials.

Working closely with the Corporate Finance team, you will help shape employee-focused initiatives and create a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with BCI staff to increase the role's effectiveness
  • Actively adhere to compliance and risk management policies and participate in business continuity planning
  • Perform other tasks as required by the CFP&A department
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in accounting/finance function with some FP&A experience for Senior Analyst role
  • 3-5 years in accounting/finance with at least 2 years of FP&A experience for Associate role
  • Extensive financial modeling experience
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Financials, or other relevant business intelligence tools
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
