We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote a customer-centric culture within the store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and productivity growth in line with business objectives.
  • Apply expertise in Visual Merchandising to create an engaging store experience that attracts and retains customers.
  • Oversee efficient store operations, ensuring effective stock management and commercial acumen.
  • Analyze store sales performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and communicating findings to peers and senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals.
