As a valued member of our showroom team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect bathroom products
  • Manage customer quotes and orders effectively through email and phone communication
  • Utilize our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life
  • Visit customers onsite to maintain great relationships and provide updates
  • Ensure the smooth operation and safety of our showroom

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for building lasting relationships and helping others
  • Able to adapt to new challenges and willing to learn and grow in the role
  • Comfortable using technology and eager to develop skills in new systems
  • Flexible and open to working various shifts, including weekends
