Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Management team in achieving store goals. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing customers with a personalized shopping experience
  • Supporting the management team in driving sales and operational excellence

The successful candidate will bring a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, and the ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively

Additionally, you should have full availability on late night trade and weekends, Monday to Wednesday day availability, and demonstrated customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket retail.
