Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to lead the development and implementation of best-practice procurement strategies across our organization.

This role focuses on fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of goods and services is executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, supplier management.
  • Develop RFX documentation and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement governance and act as Probity Officer.
  • Liaise with legal services for procurement matters.
  • Advise stakeholders on sourcing and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and deliver procurement initiatives on time.
  • Ensure purchases meet policy, cost, safety, and legislative standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic transformation of procurement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in procurement roles.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or similar.
  • Formal procurement qualifications (e.g., CIPS).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with modern procurement systems.
