Legal Secretary Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Secretary to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Produce high-quality documents from drafts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in handling litigation, including completing pro-forma documentation and other associated tasks as directed by lawyers.
  • Set up new files efficiently and accurately on instruction.
  • Proofread documents as required by lawyers.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to clients professionally over the phone and in person.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Legal Secretary role.
  • Experience with legal proceedings and case management.
  • Ability to handle correspondence and transcribe dictations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
