We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Secretary to join our team.
Job Description:
- Produce high-quality documents from drafts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in handling litigation, including completing pro-forma documentation and other associated tasks as directed by lawyers.
- Set up new files efficiently and accurately on instruction.
- Proofread documents as required by lawyers.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to clients professionally over the phone and in person.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Legal Secretary role.
- Experience with legal proceedings and case management.
- Ability to handle correspondence and transcribe dictations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
