**Document Control**
- **M-Files** Document Management System experience is a must
- Support project team with operation of Microsoft Word and** M-Files** document management system, including assistance with day-to-day issues and expediting where needed
- Ensure document quality standards are met prior to issue of deliverables, including review and correction of documents, maintenance of document templates and formatting of content.
- Conduct on boarding training for new team members in M-Files, project procedures and related topics
- Manage transmittal of project documents to Clients and 3rd Parties
- Receive, upload and distribute 3rd party documents and comments to documents
- Assist in compiling, reviewing and finalising project progress reports, cost reports and other documents
- Assist in the preparation of project records, registers and status reports as needed
- Assist in preparation of internal company documents and presentations
- Assist in management of the quality management system and related processes for the project team
