Customer Service Representative - Call Centre

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Communicate technical information in a clear and simple way.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Recent experience working in a contact centre, retail or hospitality environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with rotating shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
