Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Product Specialist. As a key member of our Physics & Oncology team, you will be responsible for promoting our QA and Radiation Safety portfolio to customers across various industries.

Your primary duties will include working closely with our commercial team to achieve business objectives, being the key technical and customer point of contact for the business, and managing quotations, service requests, and performance reporting.

About the Role
  • You will utilize your Medical Physics knowledge to help customers with requests and queries.
  • You will work towards achieving Oncology business revenue targets.
  • You will lead quotation interpretation and management with principal partners.
  • You will coordinate and track service requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • You will deliver business reporting and performance analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will exhibit at industry and scientific symposiums.
  • You will collaborate with Regulatory & Quality teams to support product approvals and compliance.
  • You will provide training and support to technical and clinical staff on device usage and safety.
  • You will prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor, Master's or PhD in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Certification or eligibility for certification by ACPSEM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or industry setting.
  • Experience in Radiation Therapy and radiation safety.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
