About the Role- Assist elderly individuals with daily living tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and housekeeping to promote independence and well-being.
- Provide friendly social support and transportation services for appointments, shopping, or community outings, enhancing clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions, ensuring care plans are up-to-date and accurate records are maintained.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
- Prepare meals and provide domestic support, including laundry and cooking, to ensure clients' basic needs are met.
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, or community events, promoting social interaction and mobility.
- Regularly observe and document clients' progress, ensuring care plans are tailored to their evolving needs.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license and access to a suitable vehicle for work purposes.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone for communication and task management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
