In-Home Support Worker

The role of Home Care Assistant is to provide essential support and care to elderly individuals, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
- Provide domestic support, including cleaning, meal preparation, and housekeeping to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assist with laundry, cooking, cleaning, and household tasks.
- Offer friendly social support and transport to appointments, shopping or community outings.
- Observe and report changes, ensuring care plans are up-to-date and accurate records are maintained.
Working independently in the field, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and contributing to the growth of our organization.
- Hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Possess a current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes.
- Demonstrate competent use of a Smartphone.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Hold a current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
