Senior Operations Director Job Opportunity
\This is a dynamic leadership role that requires a highly skilled professional to oversee the front and back of house food and beverage operations across our high-volume Bistro+Bar, conferencing and events.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team to deliver an exceptional guest service experience in a fast-paced, high energy work environment.
\To be considered, you must have a minimum 5 years leadership experience within a similar high-volume customer service/hospitality environment.
\You will be required to demonstrate a proven ability to work across multiple disciplines, including event, food & beverage and guest service operations.
\A strong focus on delivering commercial results, as well as the ability to instill and maintain a positive and professional service culture is essential for this role.
\Key responsibilities include managing venue preparation and maintenance, overseeing the wider business as part of the management team and ensuring adequate staffing levels while maintaining a high standard of product quality and presentation.
\In addition, you will be responsible for recruitment, training and development of new team members, rostering and implementation of strategies to drive sales and performance.
\Flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved, as is the ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks.
