The position of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant is available for a highly skilled professional who can configure and customize the platform to meet business needs.
Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining integrations between Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll modules, as well as Point-to-Point replication setups. Troubleshooting data-related issues and ensuring data integrity across modules is also essential.
Required skills and qualifications include minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR. A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor.
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR, and understanding of AU/US payroll processes.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively. Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
