Consultant Expert in Employee Central Solutions

As a highly skilled Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Configuration and Implementation:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to client requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules.
- Integration and Support:
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC with other business systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide team members effectively.
- Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including strong knowledge of EC APIs, Time Off, and SAP S/4HANA HR, with a solid understanding of AU/US payroll processes.
