**Job Description:**

Are you a marketing professional with a passion for fashion?
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at White and Co.
This is an exciting opportunity to take your marketing career to the next level, working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing fashion retail business.
As part of our Senior Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in creating the direction and vision for our brand as it continues to grow.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Developing and executing imaginative marketing campaigns to drive awareness of our brand
  • Cohesive brand direction, acquisition of new customers, drives sales and customer experience initiatives
  • Managing seasonal marketing promotions calendar
  • Driving and managing new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with suppliers

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in fashion, including project management and brand marketing experience. You'll have a strong understanding of CRM platforms, previous experience managing and guiding a team, and great presentation skills.
