About the Role

  • As a senior brand marketing professional, you will lead the development and execution of strategic brand marketing initiatives. You will drive awareness, engagement, and growth through concept-driven campaigns, compelling storytelling, and fully integrated brand activations.
  • You will take ownership of campaign development from ideation to rollout and analysis, while overseeing all brand marketing activity including retail planning, public relations, go-to-market planning, local area marketing, content strategy, and creative output.
  • You will work closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure brand integrity and campaign success across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing brand marketing team while remaining hands-on across key initiatives.
  2. Develop and execute campaign calendars, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes.
  3. Oversee all brand marketing initiatives, including new product launches, local area marketing, retail activations, and seasonal brand campaigns.
  4. Manage the retail activity calendar, aligning activity across product, creative, and retail functions.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring key objectives and targets are met.
  6. Develop and oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and video production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with the social media manager to ensure content is aligned with broader brand campaigns and strategic direction.
  8. Identify and develop brand partnerships, events, and activations that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  9. Optimize the brand marketing budget, ensuring spend supports commercial and growth objectives.
  10. Analyze customer insights and market data to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years' experience in brand marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle omnichannel retail environments.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and delivering large-scale brand campaigns from concept to rollout.
  • Strong experience managing agency partners and external creative contractors.
  • Confident leadership and ability to build, motivate, and mentor teams across marketing and creative.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong creative sensibility, with experience developing and reviewing marketing assets across channels.
  • Skilled in copywriting and storytelling, with a strong sense of style.
  • Passionate about the fashion industry and aligned personally and professionally.
