We are seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking all required hospital maintenance duties and ensuring services comply with legislative standards, corporate policy guidelines.
This role involves direct and managing the work of maintenance contractors, participating in an after-hours on-call roster and ensuring all maintenance duties and responsibilities are kept up-to-date.
Working collaboratively with a supportive team, you will report to and perform duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues
- Manage maintenance contracts and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
