About the Opportunity

Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Invoice Checking Officer. As a key member of our Administration, Business Systems and Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

This is a casual role that requires a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for matching and processing invoices to our Client Management System (currently Carelink+), working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to complex processes with minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Match invoices to our Client Management System (Carelink+)
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors
  • Collaborate with the Administration, Business Systems and Support team to ensure seamless financial transactions
Requirements
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in Finance or Accounts Payable function
  • Experience in Carelink+ or Technology One
  • Current Police Record Check
