Job Description

The Disability Service Coordinator oversees the coordination of services in residential settings, leading practice at a site level. This role provides supervision, coaching and support for staff as well as supports to clients.

This is a leadership position offering opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in disability support, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Coordinate daily operations of group homes to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Contribute to financial management and supervise staff to meet client needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and active support.
