Job Title: Brand Manager

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the expansion of our flagship vaccines across both public and private markets in Australia.

This opportunity presents a unique chance to drive business growth and strategic planning while leveraging digital insights and patient analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans to maximise market potential and revenue growth.
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging aligned with company vision and local market dynamics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, market access, and digital teams to deliver integrated brand strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and public health policies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support vaccine uptake and identify new opportunities through close collaboration with the vaccines team and National Immunisation Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological or Medical Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing innovative vaccine or pharmaceutical brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate brand strategies based on integrated cross-functional insights.
  • Solid financial acumen and analytical skills to synthesise market, customer, and competitive data.
