About the Role
  • This pivotal position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships and coordinate with various teams to deliver seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Minimise customer impact from daily maintenance activities by optimising resource allocation and workflows.
  2. Manage multiple operational and environmental incidents, providing 24/7 response capability for network faults.
  3. Collaborate with teams to ensure timely repairs, manage workflows, and communicate proactively with customers affected by service interruptions.
  4. Deliver timely operational insights using available data sources and provide accurate updates to customers and stakeholders.
  5. Handle overnight customer calls and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
  • 1–5 years' experience in utility network operations or similar field.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence in influencing teams to meet service standards.
  • Availability for emergency and incident response, including 24/7 contact ability.
  • Willingness to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
