Electrical Signalling Technician

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical signalling equipment on our rail network.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, adjust and repair electrical signalling equipment to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our rail network
- Schedule and undertake regular maintenance activities on signalling equipment
- Analyse, repair and report on cause of failures of signalling equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to signal maintenance and costing systems
- Certificate IV in Railway Signalling or equivalent qualification
- A current 'C' Class Driver's Licence
- A current Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence or interstate equivalent
- Ability to travel and work throughout regional Queensland
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
