The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to manage strata scheme finances. This role is ideal for an experienced accountant looking to advance their career with a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Annual budget preparation for strata schemes
  • Financial compliance management, including annual financial statements and audit preparation
  • Taxation management, including BAS, PAYG, and GST compliance
  • Resolution of escalated matters, including accounts payable and receivable, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Compliance review of invoices
  • Compilation of the weekly payments process and preparation of the EFT file for approval
  • Capture of Schedule B undertakings

We are looking for a punctual and reliable individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and experience working in the property industry.
