Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Venue Manager to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage finances, labour costs, revenue, and sales targets
  • Oversee staffing requirements, recruitment, and rostering processes
  • Procure and replenish stock, including conducting regular stocktakes
  • Develop and implement local area marketing strategies and community initiatives
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Provide leadership and training to staff members
  • E nsure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry or business ownership
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
  • High standard of personal hygiene and presentation
  • Proficient in finance and accounting
  • Able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business goals
