Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and manage Release Management processes in an enterprise business system context, ensuring seamless integration with SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD.

2. Utilize release management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Methodologies to drive efficient release processes.

3. Manage release-related interdependencies, adhere to key governance processes, and maintain the integrity of releases.

4. Develop and maintain effective communication skills, collaboration, time management, and negotiation skills to drive release processes.

5. Work under pressure to drive and improve all aspects of Release processes.

Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in Release Management in an enterprise business system context.

2. Relevant tertiary qualifications and an industry-recognised qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management or SAFe Agile.

Desirable Criteria

1. Release and/or Project Management experience in Federal or State Government environments.

2. Understanding of the Solution Delivery Lifecycle and relationship to Change Management & Release Management.

3. Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to protect against potential security threats.
