We are seeking an analytical and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving sustainable business growth for our clients.
- Prioritise quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation.
- Support business bankers to align client needs, enhancing service, and strategising product offerings.
- Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data.
- Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly.
You will work closely with colleagues, senior leaders, and clients, offering valuable solutions. We support a diverse client base, providing an opportunity to gain exposure in a broad range of sectors.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis and modelling skills with commercial insight across diverse sectors. Experience within the commercial banking industry is preferred, but not essential. You should be adaptable, both independent and a collaborator, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
