Home Lending Executive Job Description

Our Home Lending Executives play a vital role in helping customers achieve their home buying dreams. They offer expert support and advice, provide relevant suggestions based on customers' goals, and deliver outstanding service that fosters trust, confidence, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Advice: Provide expert support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams.
  • Business Development: Offer relevant suggestions to customers based on their home buying goals.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional service to customers, fostering trust, confidence, and advocacy to support their financial objectives.
  • Networking and Branding: Develop your professional brand and network within the local community to enhance credibility.
  • Business Growth: Grow your business by establishing and maintaining internal and external referral sources, as well as seeking referrals from existing customers.
  • Rapport Building: Build rapport with home buying customers, identify their needs and goals, and invite them into the branch for an appointment.
  • Knowledge and Skills Development: Participate in regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coach your branch colleagues on best practices.
  • Market Research: Research market trends, economic changes, and industry developments affecting customers and the Group.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Home Lending experience or Mortgage Broker experience.
  • Demonstrated strong business development success.
  • A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and current responsible lending legislation.
